Shepherding Ministry

Like a shepherd, God guided His people to fertile pastures: “You have led in your steadfast love the people whom You have redeemed; You have guided them by Your strength to Your holy abode” (Ex. 15:13). Like a shepherd, God gently, tenderly drew His people along to safety and abundance.

Shepherding is the church’s way of caring for the members through the Pastor. He is connecting constantly with the members for them to have some kind of joy and assurance by knowing that the church cares for them. Constant communication is done to know how their life is going on and if there’s any need, the Pastor can respond immediately. The Pastor is always available to talk to them in needed situations and to see them personally if necessary.
